Bond Street Trophies Ltd have been trading since 1987 and feel the time is right to move forward with our online store BONDS TROPHY SHOP.

We are your online store for Trophies and Awards. We have a large selection of Shields, Plaques, Medals, Ribbons, Trophies, Cups and Glassware available to purchase online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Our in house engraving studio allows us to personalise your trophies and awards to your instruction. We supply trophy centres either generic (which are free of charge) or personalised to your club, association or event at a small cost.

FREE Professional Engraving up to 80 characters.
We offer a wide range of engraving services which are carried out in our onsite engraving studio by our experienced professional engraving team. Engraving on any award with metal engraving plates is free up to 80 characters.

81+ characters £2 extra.

Please be aware that the plate size can sometimes limit the text. The company will contact you if this occurs.

A Choice of free generic centre discs or unique bespoke centre discs
The majority of our awards come complete with a 1” or 2” generic centre disc free of charge. Should you require a unique bespoke centre, we can produce these at a small extra cost.

Terms & Conditions

In the following terms & conditions the term "Company" refers to Bond Street Trophies Ltd T/A BONDS TROPHY SHOP and the term "Customer" refers to the person, organisation or business who have accepted to purchase from our Company. All products which are supplied by the Company shall be known as "Goods".

General
These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights. We will treat each order for goods as an offer by you to purchase the goods subject to these terms and conditions.

Description of Goods
All images, sizes, descriptions, specifications and advertising on our site are for the sole purpose of giving an approximate description of the goods and are not subject to a guarantee of accuracy. Full detailed specifications are available from the company.

Accuracy of Product Information
All product specifications, images and other information published on our website have been provided by the company. The intention of the company is that all information on the website should be as accurate and up to date as possible. However, the company cannot guarantee the reliability or the accuracy of the information contained within its pages. All the actions taken by the user of the website are the responsibility of the individual.

Payment and Price
The total price payable for the goods will be stipulated at the time when you place your order whether or not the order has been confirmed. We are entitled to make adjustments to the price to take account of any increase in our supplier's prices, or the imposition of any taxes or duties, or if due to an error or omission the price published for the goods is wrong whether or not the order has been confirmed. We will inform you of the correct price and give you the opportunity to cancel the order. All prices on our website are inclusive of VAT but do not include delivery charges. Delivery charges will be displayed and payable as indicated at the time of placing your order.

Payment Methods
We accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, Maestro and Solo. On the order you must provide us with your exact billing address and telephone number. The same address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you. Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order. Your order will only be processed once authorisation of your card has been properly received.

All prices are in £ sterling.

Typographical Errors
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information from our suppliers, taxes or duty changes, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders listed at the incorrect price whether or not the order has been confirmed. If your credit card has already been charged and we subsequently cancel your order, we will immediately issue a credit to your credit card account to the value of the incorrect price (including delivery charges).

Availability of Goods
All products and services are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. If we do not supply the goods for any reason we will not charge you for these and we will refund any money already paid for them. The company will contact you should this occur. However, we will not be responsible for compensating you for any other losses you may suffer if we do not supply the goods.

Delivery Charges
All prices on our website are exclusive of delivery charges which will be added to the price of the products at our checkout.

Delivery Times
All orders above £100 to the UK mainland are delivered FREE. A small charge may apply outside the UK mainland and we will contact you prior to delivery to arrange a convenient despatch date.

We endeavour to process and despatch all orders within 5 working days, however on a few occasions we may be unable to meet these timescales, especially if your engraving requirements are particularly complex or artwork is involved. If this is the case we will contact you in advance to advise you of the anticipated delivery date.

Risk
From the time of despatch of the goods, any loss or damage to the goods shall be at your own risk.

Time Limitation for Notification of Claims
Shortages: It is your responsibility to sign for the correct number of packages as shown on the carrier’s delivery consignment note. Any shortages must be notified to us within 7 days from delivery.

Incorrect goods: It is your responsibility to notify us of any incorrect goods supplied within 7 days from delivery.

Non-Deliveries: We will not accept liability for goods lost in transit unless we are notified within 10 working days from the expected delivery date.

Policy for Faulty Goods
If the goods are faulty, incorrect or damaged on delivery, the company will meet the cost of return.

We will not be liable to you for any loss of profits, administrative inconvenience, disappointment, indirect or consequential loss or damage arising out of any problem in relation to the goods and we shall have no liability to pay any money to you by way of compensation other than any refund we make under these conditions.

How to Notify us
You should email us at [email protected] to notify us of your return and explain the reason why so we can record the delivery. Alternatively, please contact a member of the customer support team (Chris or Davie) on 01455 890007 during office hours (9am to 5pm Mon – Fri, 9am to 12pm Sat).

Please ensure your package is returned within the 10 day limit.

Cancellation of Orders & Returned Goods
If you are not totally satisfied with any products that have not been engraved or customised, you can return them within 10 working days, starting from the date after the day of delivery, for a refund or credit. It is your responsibility to return purchases in pristine condition in original boxes and packaging.

The cost of returning goods to us shall be borne by you. We recommend that you obtain proof of postage and return via a reputable courier or Royal Mail Recorded Delivery.

Please ensure that the goods are suitably packaged to prevent damage in transit. We reserve the right to deduct the cost of replacing these items from any refund when goods are returned to us damaged (if we are not notified beforehand).

Your right to return or cancel goods to us does not apply to any items that have been engraved or customised specifically for you.

Other
You will own the goods once we have received your payment in full. We do not offer any credit facilities. We will issue you with an invoice once we have dispatched the goods to you. Failure by us to enforce any of these terms and conditions will not affect our right to enforce the rest of these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions are subject to change at any time without prior notice to you.
